Be generous with what you know
Real numbers, real lessons, real mistakes. The best posts here are the ones you'd only tell a peer.

Disagree with ideas, never with people
Talk to people here the way you would at the conference, curious and direct. Push back on a point all you like, never on the person making it.

No spam or pitching, even in DMs
No spam links and no sales pitches, in posts or in messages. If someone asks what you do, tell them. Sponsors and vendors follow the same rule.

Chatham House Rule, do not reshare outside the community unless given permission
Share what you learn here, never who said it, unless they give you permission.

Hiring or need help? Post in ISO
Looking for a freelancer, a vendor, a new role, or tips? ISO (in search of) is the place to ask, so the rest of the community stays pitch-free.

No harassment or hate
Slurs, threats, sexual content, and harassment get removed and can end your membership on the first offense.
